1. Anyone can become a Member by attending a meeting of the Maths Society or by applying for membership in writing.
2. The President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Maths Society will be elected at an Annual General Meeting, which will be announced to Members at least 28 days in advance.
3. The President may co-opt additional Members to the Committee as required.
4. The Maths Society brand and identity, including the trade name “Maths Society”, the stylised “X” logo, colour palette, and associated domain names, are the property of Maths Society Ventures and are licensed for use by the Maths Society.
5. All material published on the Maths Society website is either licensed to or copyright of Maths Society Ventures.
