Welcome Maths Society members to another newsletter with all of our latest updates. In the month when most students go back to school, surely its the perfect time to tool up on the world of maths ready for the new academic year! It’s been a busy summer for Maths Society too! Read all about our new online shop, filled with maths merch from mugs to pencil cases, the perfect way to share, express, and celebrate a love of maths, and great gifts for anyone of any age, available everywhere in the world. We’ve also got a comprehensive study guide for quadratics form our notebook, with all the knowledge you need for GCSE (if you are in the UK), and a biography of Emmy Noether, the mother of modern algebra.

In other exciting news, we will be holding our 2025 Annual General Meeting this October, where we discuss the progress and future of Maths Society and elect its committee for the coming year. If you would be interested in attending virtually, please email contact@math-soc.com with your interest.
