Description
This glossy ceramic mug is a design statement with a rose made from Penrose tiles on one side and our signature Maths Society logo on the other. Penrose tiling was discovered by Sir Roger Penrose in 1974, a beautiful tiling pattern that never repeats. A rose design from the Penrose pattern makes for a neat nod to the inventor’s name.
“A mathematician is a device for turning coffee into theorems,” as Hungarian mathematician Alfred Renyi famously said. Make sure your morning, afternoon, evening, or all-nighter hot drinks are coming from one of our maths mugs.
It’s safe in a microwave or a dishwater.
97mm high × 82mm diameter.
100% plastic-free packaging.
