Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK or other applicable law.

If you change your mind

For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving the goods and receive a refund. You must return the goods in their original condition, and you are responsible for the cost of return unless the item is faulty.

Customised or personalised goods

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (such as items with names or custom designs) cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described. This does not affect your legal rights.

If your item is faulty or not as described

You have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund. We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

How to return an item

Please contact us at shop@math-soc.com with details of your order, the item concerned, and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of posting.

International customers

If you are buying from outside the UK, you may have additional rights under local laws. This policy does not limit those rights.
